ALLERGENS POLICY: The eight most common food allergens are: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, etc.), fish (like tilapia, cod, flounder, mahi-mahi), shellfish (such as crab, lobster, shrimp), soy and wheat. It is important to note that we prepare foods in our kitchens with these and other wholesome ingredients. While we make every effort and use best practices to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination with your meals delivered by Thyme Saver. Food allergy reactions can range from mild to severe. We urge you to use caution when ordering Thyme Saver. If you have a food allergy, please let us know at the time of your order which can be done in the notes section of the menu items. Furthermore, if your allergy moderate to severe we cannot recommend Thyme Saver for you. CONSUMER ADVISORY: Consumer Advisory: Consuming raw or under cooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
Make sure before enjoying Thyme Saver meals that you or any other responsible individuals follow the instructions documented on the container. You are solely responsible for determining for whom the products are appropriate for use and consumption. You are solely responsible for making sure your meals are heated or cooked to the safe FDA temperature. By purchasing meals at thymesavermeals.com you agree that Thyme Saver is not responsible for any foodborne illness or sickness you may experience directly or indirectly after consuming any food prepared by Thyme Saver or it’s team members. You are solely responsible for making sure that your meals eaten within a safe amount of time from delivery date/time and are still fresh/ safe at the time of consumption.
MEAL DELIVERY SERVICE POLICY: All deliveries are made between 8AM-6PM Tuesday-Thursday based on the most efficient delivery route, although we try our best to accommodate, we can not guarantee scheduled delivery times. Please leave your empty cooler with ice packs outside on your front doorstep the night before your delivery. By ordering through ThymeSaverMeals.com you consent to accepting your delivery on the specified delivery date between 8AM-6PM. If no one personally answers the door to accept the delivery and there is no cooler left in plain sight Thyme Saver reserves the right to leave your meals at the door without a cooler. Thyme Saver will notify via text that the meals were left to the customer contact phone number used at ordering. Meals should be refrigerated or frozen immediately until you are ready to enjoy. You are responsible for making sure your meals are brought to indoor refrigeration in a timely manner and kept at a safe holding temperature until enjoying. It is your responsibility to store, cook, and consume your meals properly and in a timely manner.
ORDERING: Orders may be placed online at thymesavermeals.com. All purchases made at thymesavermeals.com are final. Thymesavermeals.com orders deadline 72 hours prior to delivery date specified. Orders are accepted or refunded at the discretion of a Thyme Saver Team members as appropriate time is necessary to shop, prep, and deliver meals to all customers. All Delivery orders must be paid in full prior to the delivery or ship date. Please check all order and delivery information carefully when placing your order and on your order confirmation. Notify Thyme Saver immediately if there is an error. We are not responsible for errors in orders or delivery due to inaccurate information or delivery instructions (e.g., name misspellings, incorrect or incomplete address information, lack of phone number), or changes made to your account after the order has been processed.
WEATHER / UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES POLICY: At Thyme Saver, we take our mission of delivering fresh food very seriously. While we do our utmost to prevent any disturbances to our delivery cycles, there are times it is unavoidable. When extreme circumstances and weather conditions such as a hurricane, family emergency, or other crisis occur, the possibility exists that deliveries may be delayed or canceled to ensure the safety of our clients, employees, and drivers.
Our team will notify you should there be a scheduled change to any of your deliveries; however, we will do our utmost to avoid any delays.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Unless otherwise specified, gift certificates may be applied to the purchase of products or services offered by Thyme Saver at the time of redemption, and may not be combined with other discounts and promotions.Gift certificate amounts can not be used for shipping. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash and all gift certificate purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift certificates do not expire unless otherwise specified, with the exception of donation gift certificates, which generally expire one year after the event date, and promotional gift certificates and coupons, which will indicate an expiration date. Please treat gift certificates like cash; they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
INGREDIENTS: Thyme Saver attempts to be consistent in the ingredients used in our recipes. However, due to the always-changing nature of our menu and the supply of some ingredients at the quantities we need each week it is sometimes not practical or even possible. In the unlikely event we are unable to procure a specific ingredient due to supply issues, we may use a like ingredient of similar quality.
