Chef Elizabeth Welhouse has a deep calling to help people put easy and delicious meals on the table that they don't have to stress over.
Family is very important to Elizabeth. She grew up in Wichita Kansas and loves going back to spend time with her parents, siblings, and nieces and nephews.
Elizabeth started as a nanny while attending Johnson & Wales University where she received her a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts & Nutrition. After graduating Chef Elizabeth worked in restaurants and as a personal chef before setting out to create her version of local meal prep delivery in 2014.
Elizabeth and her husband Jared enjoy spending their free time working in the garden, kayaking, and traveling together. Chef Elizabeth has visited 12 countries and loves trying cultural foods and experiencing the different ways people live.
She values family and knows how busy day to day life is. Her goal is to help people create an effortless meal plan, so they can spend more intentional time focused on what they want and less time worrying about what's for dinner.
